How long will my order take?
The typical lead time is stated on the light box on the first page of the website.RTS items usually ship within the week.
Can I get a rush order?
Please email or DM me ahead of opening with your turnaround needs and I will advise.
Why can't I shop now?
In order to maintain a work/ life balance and to keep things on schedule, my shop openings can vary. Please check my instagram for details of my next opening or sign up for emails.
Shop opening times and turnaround will be displayed on the initial pop-up.
How long do they take to ship?
I use Royal Mail to ship my items. International orders, if you require a signature on delivery, please add this to the notes section in the cart.
UK - I use the Tracked 48 service.
US/Rest of the world - I use first class tracked. You should receive you item within 5-10 working days.You can also select UPS for expedited shipping.
Once the item has been dispatched I am unable to make any changes to the delivery address.
I am not responsible for delays in shipping.
Can I customise my order?
You can switch out sequin colours on all ears at no extra cost.
Please contact me before placing your order.
Will I get the ears in the picture?
Short answer is probably not. I create each set from scratch and no two sets are the same. Gem style, placement, sequin shade and bow colouring will vary from set to set.
Headband sizing?
All the headbands used are one-size-fits-most. The width of the band varies depending on the ear size chosen.
Ear size?
Ears are 3 & 3/4" diameter. All ears are made in this size as standard.
Children's size ears can be made on request in general release styles.
What does it mean?

Deluxe - Items are made with glass crystal stones. As these are crystal , items are not recommended for children under 16.

General release - items are made with high quality crystal resin, acrylic or a hybrid of resin and glass crystal.

RTS - Ready to ship items are already made and ready for dispatch within the week.

Celebration/Festive/Spooky these are. specific item releases. For example during halloween, Christmas or theme park anniversaries

Headband - A jewelled headband using synthetic resin stones/embellishments.

Crown - A 1.5" wide headband made using glass crystal that sits around 1" proud on the head. giving a crown like appearance.

Flexicrown - A 1cm wide headband made using glass crystal that sits around 1-1.5cm proud. Much more flexible than the crowns or headbands. the most sensory friendly of all the headbands.
